Meet our staff, members of the local community who make everything that happens possible.
Justin is a 1996 graduate of Sikeston Senior High School. He began his career with Amick-Burnett in the fall of 1996. He is currently attending Gupton-Jones School of Mortuary Science, where he will obtain his degree as a Missouri licensed embalmer. He currently is a licensed funeral director and preneed agent in the state of Missouri.
Justin resides in Sikeston with his three children: Leighton, Marissa, and Teagan. He is a member of the Excelsior AF&AM Masonic Lodge # 441 in Jackson, MO, and a member of the Sikeston Chapter # 137 Order of the Eastern Star, he also serves as organist for the Grace Global Methodist Church in Sikeston where he is a member.
In April of 2025, he returned to Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapels to continue to serve the Scott City, Chaffee, Oran, and Benton community’s families during their times of need. We are glad to have him back with us at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapels, LLC. to continue the Amick-Burnett tradition.
