Misty Ziegler

Misty Jo Ziegler, 46 of Cape Girardeau, Missouri died Saturday October 31, 2020 from complications after brain surgery at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. She was born April 25, 1974 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri to Ralph and Janet Enderle Ziegler.

Misty was a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with United Health Group. She was also a member of the Iowa City Women of Moose Chapter 509. She was a loving and compassionate person who loved to be silly and sometimes sarcastic. The relationship with her brother, Travis was like no other. Misty was a wonderful big sister, #1 in his eyes and heart, and always there for him. She made the decision to be an organ donor in order to help numerous people and live on forever. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived her parents, Janet (Merle Beverlin) Enderle of Iowa City, Iowa and Ralph (Kay) Ziegler of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Travis Tuschhoff of Iowa City; Misty will also be remembered by her numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Chester & Olga Enderle and Joe and Linda Ziegler and her uncles, Larry Enderle and Norbert Ziegler.

There will be a celebration of life from 3 – 5 pm on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at the Knights of Columbus lower hall, 28745 US Hwy 61, Scott City, MO.
