Anna Marie Glaus

Anna Marie Glaus, daughter of the late Edward James and Louise Emma (Schmitt) Hess was born on July 5, 1936 in Chaffee, Missouri and departed her life on Thursday, August 24,2023 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 87 years.

On August 25, 1956 she married Robert Joseph Glaus in Chaffee, Missouri. He preceded her in death on September 24, 1998. They are now reunited for their sixty-seventh anniversary.

She is survived by three sons: Rickey (Patty) Glaus of Chaffee, Missouri, Donald (Beth) Glaus of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Mike (Julie) Glaus of Chaffee, Missouri; two daughters: Mary Ann (Willard) Keys of Gordonville, Missouri, Angie DeProw of Chaffee, Missouri; one brother: Paul (Lynda) Hess of Malden, Missouri; two sisters: Mary Lou (Clem) Landewee of Leopold, Missouri, Donna Hess of Chaffee, Missouri; six grandchildren: Joey (Sarah) Keys, Ashley (Dustin) Anglin, Sarah (Tyler) Martin, Brittni Hopkins, Jacob (Sarah) Glaus, Matt Glaus; nine great-grandchildren: Kaydence Hopkins, Jase Anglin, Kenzie Keys, Kyson Hopkins, Brady Keys, Saylor Anglin, Bailey Martin, Mya Martin, and Nora Glaus with whom Anna shared a birthday.

Visitation will be on Monday, August 28, 2023 at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee, Missouri from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Prayer Service will be at 4:00pm. Funeral Mass will be on August 29, 2023 at the St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee, Missouri at 10:00am with Rev. Joseph Kelly officiating. Burial will follow at the St. Ambrose Catholic Cemetery in Chaffee, Missouri.
