Carolyn Blankenship

Carolyn Grace Blankenship, 77 of Benton, Missouri died Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at her home. She was born December 15, 1938 in Waltham, Massachusetts to Roy A. and Edith M. Kasper Peterson. She married Orville Lee Blankenship on December 31, 1980.

Carolyn worked on the assembly line at Superior Electric. She was member of Christian Mission Church in Benton.

She is survived by her husband, Orville; a son, Allan Rose of Chaffee; 6 daughters, Joanne Rose Dudley of Lake Girardeau, Missouri, Joyce Rose of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Helen Rose Natvig of Blodgett, Paula Rose Carroll of Kelso, Missouri, Cherlyn Blankenship Stone and Cassidy Stone of Benton along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren

Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until the time of service on Sunday at the Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City.

Funeral Service will be at 3:00 pm at the chapel with Rev. Teresa Marshall Williams officiating.

Burial will be in Lightner Memorial Cemetery in Scott City.
