Verlon E. Hunt

Verlon Hunt, son to David and Nancy Chaney Hunt was born on July 13, 1960 in Sikeston, Missouri and departed his life on August 15, 2024 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston at the age of 64 years.

He is survived by three sons, Aaron Price of Cape Girardeau; Justin Hunt of Salina, Kansas; Travis Hunt of Yankton, South Dakota; a daughter Tabathia Hunt Tanner of Salina, Kansas; two brothers, Bradley Hunt of Sikeston and Stanley Hunt of Portageville; three sisters, LaVonda Hardin of Sikeston; Deborah Seyer of Oran; Sherry Babb of Sikeston; eight grandchildren, Jaxon Hunt, Emma Hunt, Tori Hunt, Dreya Hunt, Liam Drascovic, Gregory Hunt, Grace Hunt and Tinsley Grizzle; he is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a son, Gregory Hunt; two brother, David and Darrell Hunt.

Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Dogwood Cemetery at East Prairie, Missouri with Rev. Mike Blissett as officiant.
