Tracy Thorn

Tracy Thorn, daughter of the late Jackie Ray Craft and Sheila Ruth (Held) Boes was born on September 7, 1968 in Chaffee, Missouri and departed her life on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at the Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana at the age of 55 years.

She was united in marriage to Curtis Thorn in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.  Mr. Thorn preceded her in death.   Mrs. Thorn had a longtime companion Louis Felden.

Tracy was a professional BINGO player, Walmart Shopper, and a resident of Sikeston formally of Scott City, Missouri.

Survivors include one son, Justin Lee (Eleanor) Thorn of Carmi, Illinois; one daughter, Nicole Danielle (Thaddeus) Pinkney of Carmi, Illinois; two brothers, Jimmy Ramos of Cape Girardeau and Terry Held of Rolla, Missouri; three sisters, Candance Kay Walsh of Cape Girardeau, Misty Smith of Mount Vernon, Illinois, and Casey Shinn of Jackson, Missouri; six grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren with two great-grandchildren of the way.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Michelle Leigh Boes.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2024 from noon until 2:00pm at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.  Funeral services will then be conducted on Thursday at 2:00pm with Rev. Rennie Phillips officiating.  Interment will follow at the Oakdale Cemetery in Commerce, Missouri.
