Thomas Gerald Murrah

Thomas Gerald Murrah, of Benton Missouri, son to the late James and Evelyn Berry Murrah was born September 7, 1938 in Jackson, Mississippi and departed this life on October 1, 2021 at his home at the age of 83 years. He married Judy Dennis on February 20, 1971 and she survives of the home. Thomas was a mechanic for Wiethop Truck Sales for 28 years. He was a member of Unity Baptist Church in Benton and was a veteran of U.S. Navy. Beside his wife, he is survived by a son, John (Rebecca) Murrah of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; four sisters-in-law, Betty Reich, Bonnie Knight, Sandy Cremeens and Marty Adams; a granddaughter, Norah. There will be a Memorial Graveside Service with full military honors on Friday, October 8, 2021 at 11:00 am at Unity Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Dennis Lowe officiating.
