Thomas Alfred Moore Sr.

Thomas Moore Sr., son of the late Thomas D. Moore and Cybele         (Browning) Moore was born on June 20, 1939 in Randles, Missouri and departed his life on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at his residence in Randles, Missouri at the age of 84 years.

Thomas was a member and Deacon at the Randles General Baptist Church and a former employee of the Brown Shoe factory in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

On May 30, 1959 he was united in marriage to Murlin Medford in Arbor, Missouri.  Mrs. Moore survives of the home in Randles.

Besides his wife, survivors include one daughter, Sherry (ELMER) Callow of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; one sister, Mildred Smith of Benton, Missouri; three grandchildren, Chris (Peggy) Callow, Michael (Liz) Moore and Jason (Mackenzie) Moore; also, by one soon to be great-grandchild in April, 2024.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 from 11:00 until 12:00 noon for a private family only viewing in the Randles General Baptist Church.  Funeral services will then be conducted at 12:00 noon for the public with Rev. Leeman Shirell officiating.  Interment will follow in the Williams Cemetery in Perkins, Missouri.
