Thomas Wayne Foulk, was born on December 22, 1944 in Illmo, Missouri, and lost his battle with Alzheimer’s at the age of 76 at the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on Friday, May 8, 2020.

He was preceded in death by his mother Alene Foulk, his father William Foulk, a sister Norma Schoeppel, and an infant great grandson Joshua Michael Leggett.

He is survived by two brothers Robert Foulk and Billy Foulk, one sister Theresa Ruopp, three daughters Mia (Mike) Anglin, Brandi (Chelsea) Foulk, and Tasha (Dustin) Bollinger, four grandchildren Joshua Leggett, Katelyn Bollinger, Owen Bollinger, Luke Bollinger, and two great grandchildren.

Tom joined the Army on August 8, 1965 and served in Vietnam. He was honorably discharged on July 7, 1967.

He was a carpenter, mechanic, and landowner. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping, canoeing, and hiking with his dogs.

He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 from 5:00 until 8:00 at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America.
