Terry "Tojo" Joseph Elfrink

Terry Joseph Elfrink, "ToJo", was called home unexpectedly on Saturday July 2, 2022. Tojo was born on January 7, 1970, the 8th of 9 children to Paul and Marie Elfrink of New Hamburg Mo.

Tojo attended Kelly high school and graduated in 1988.

For the past several years Tojo was a loyal and dedicated Floor Supervisor at Armor Lite of Miner Missouri where many lasting friendships were built within his work family. To know Tojo was to love Tojo! His heart was as big as his infectious grin which is etched forever in our memories. Tojo was selfless and never hesitated to help anyone in need.

Tojo was a lifelong Cardinal fan and will be remembered for his smooth left-handed swing at the plate and ridiculous speed running the base paths which he never lost as he played well into his 50's. It was his happy place. But his greatest love was his family. He treasured his time with his wife and children and family get togethers. His family was his sanctuary.

Apart from his mother, he is survived by his beloved wife:  Carmelita (MoJo) Burton Elfrink, sons Dalton and Maverick, daughter Savannah, and grandson Abel. Other survivors include his dear mother Marie and his 8 siblings Laura (Terry) Orr, Cheryl (Johnny) Nichols, Cindy (Darryl) Scott, Tamara (Nick) Dalton, Randy (Toni) Elfrink, Ken Elfrink, Shawn (Gina) Elfrink, Wayne (Jennifer) Elfrink as well as many nieces and nephews

Tojo was proceeded in death and greeted in heaven by his dad Paul Anthony Elfrink.

Visitation will be on Thursday, July 7, 2022 from 3:00 pm until 7:30 pm at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran, Missouri. Prayer Service will be at 4:00pm in the Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Joseph Kelly officiating.
