Terry Lynn Lee

Terry Lee, son of the late Raymond “Jack” Lee and Mildred M. Burns Lee was born on November 24, 1954 in Chaffee, Missouri and departed this life on Monday, August 16, 2021 at his residence in Chaffee at the age of 66 years.

Mr. Lee retired from the Carpenters Union of St. Louis, Missouri and was owner and operator of Lee Construction.  He was a member of the Chaffee Elks Lodge #1810 for 43 years, liked raising cows, taking care of the horses, riding his motorcycle, and relaxing at the farm.  Terry was raised with religious values and was a firm believer in having faith.

On October 11, 1989 he married the love of his life Peggy Sanders.  Mrs. Lee survives of the home in Chaffee.

Terry had a high respect for Peggy often introducing her as “His Bride”; also surviving is one son, Travis Lee of Chaffee whom he was very proud of.  Other survivors include, two brothers, Jerry (Linda) Lee, Kenny (Carol) Lee of Chaffee; by two sisters, Stella (BJ) Jackson of Smithton, Illinois and Debbie (Bill) Simmons of Marion Illinois; also, by several nieces and nephew, valued friends and other relatives.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Brenda S. Owens, Peggy Joyce Lee, and Nancy K. Cutright.

Memorial graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Travis Hendrix officiating at the Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.  Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee conducting arrangements.
