Sylvia Faye Schott

Sylvia Faye Schott, daughter to the late Ollie and Iona (Sparks) Vivrett was born on July 13, 1947 in St. Louis, Missouri and departed this life on April 8, 2024 at her home in Oran, Missouri at the age of 76 years.

She was a homemaker in her own home and Jehovah Witness.

Sylvia married George Thomas Schott on June 15, 1985 and he preceded her in death on November 6, 2013.

She is survived by a grandson, Harold Brent Schott; two great-granddaughters, Marlee Lynn and Ella Marie Schott; cousins, Janine and Eugene Sparks, Larry Johston and Edward Mercer.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Susan Renee Ellis and Sandra Lee Urton; a sister, Clara Ann Vivrett.

Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at Friend Cemetery in Oran with Rev. Danny Freeland as officiant.

Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel is assisting with arrangements.
