Suzanne Sindle
Suzanne Sindle, 71, of Oran was surrounded by family when on April 10, 2022 she was welcomed into heaven by our Lord and Savior.
She was diagnosed with a very advanced and aggressive cancer. Suzanne fought bravely and without complaint.
Suzanne was born on June 21, 1950 in Glennon, Missouri to the late Louis and Hannah Elfrink. Survivors include her husband, James Sindle of nearly 50 years, four daughters, Sarah (Cash) Kinney, Theresa (Joe) Shoemaker, Rebecca (Darin) Woods, and Hannah (Andy) Gadberry; by twelve grandchildren, Cashus Kinney, Wyatt Kinney, Jacob Shoemaker, Samuel Shoemaker, Elijah Shoemaker, Nathaniel Woods, Cora Woods, Weston Woods, Victor Woods, Porter Gadberry, Harper Gadberry, and Fisher Gadberry. Great grandchildren; Breanna Kinney, Brylee Kinney, and Bella Kinney; by three sisters, Normie (Dale) Bohnsack, Mary (late David) Trent, and Cynthia (Joe) French; also many cherished nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Theresa.
Suzanne was one of the few selfless individuals whose joy in life was to care for others. This was demonstrated through her nursing career of 30 years. You could also witness it through her dedication and constant attention given to family and friends. The highlight for all kids, grandkids, great grandkids, and even all pets was her weekly cousin’s day at mama and papa’s house! Her positive outlook and unwavering faith were an inspiration to all of those around her.
She was more than a wife, she was more than a mom, she was more than a mama and great-grandmother. She was a loyal servant, a gathering place for everyone willing to give family a chance. Suzanne used the life God gave her to start a loving family but in doing so she started a culture, she started an example, a path for everyone to follow. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’re from, something great can be formed from nothing more than God’s love, faith, open arms, and a happy home. You can tell as many stories as you want about her, but it doesn't matter, it won't ever do her justice.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran. Eucharistic celebration will be conducted on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at the Guardian Angel Church with Father Joseph Kelly officiating. Interment will be held at St. Anthony Cemetery in Glennon, Missouri.
In lieu of flowers, she would appreciate memorials being made out to Guardian Angel School. Envelopes will be provided at the funeral home office.
