Steven Lee Foeste

Steven Lee Foeste, son of the late Mildred (Howarth) Foeste and James “Buck” Foeste was born on March 24,1949 in San Francisco, California, and departed this life on Saturday May 8, 2021, at his residence in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the age of 72.

Steve joined the United States Navy after high school and later graduated from Southeast Missouri State University. Steve retired from Silgan Plastics in 2017.

Steven was an avid reader, especially the Bible, and golfer.

Survivors include his brother: James “Kimo” (Mary) Foeste of Chaffee, Missouri; three nieces: Michelle Asfour, Kaylee Foeste, Jennifer (Jon) Martin; one nephew: Trenton Foeste.

In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by his sister: Pamela Foeste.
