Shirley Ann Mason

Shirley Ann Mason, the daughter of Charles and Ada Jean Kappler Wagoner was born on July 1, 1938 in Oran and passed away on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at her family home at the age of 81 years.

She was united in marriage on Sept. 14, 1954 to General Leon Mason and he preceded her in death on July 9, 2015.

Shirley was a retired production supervisor for Tri-Con Industries and a member of First Baptist Church of Oran.

She is survived by her son, Garry Mason of Oran; a brother, Charles Wagoner Jr. of Cape Girardeau; eight grandchildren; Jordon, Hana and Dylan Mason, Chris, Justin, Brandon, Matthew and Tyler Davis and twelve great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sons and a daughter.

Friends may call from 6 – 8 pm on Tuesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran.

Wednesday visitation will be at 11:00 am until time of service at the Chapel.

Funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm with the Rev. Donny Ford as officiant. Burial will be at Friend Cemetery in Oran.
