Sherri Kay Jackson

Sherri Kay Jackson, daughter of the late David and Jackie (Walton) Myers was born March 11, 1949 in Gordonville, Missouri and departed her life on Friday, February 3, 2023 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 73 years.

On June 23, 1989 she married Jackie Jackson at the Arrowhead Camp Grounds in Grassy, Missouri. He survives.

Also surviving are two sons: Gary Davis of Patton, Missouri, Chuck (Mary) Davis of Steelville, Missouri; one daughter: Jeanne (Paul) New of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; one step-son: Wally (Gloria) Jackson of Patton, Missouri; two step-daughters: Darlene (Ron) MacCubbin of Leopold, Missouri, Jennifer McBride of Delta, Missouri; and eighteen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

Apart from her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandchild: Stacie Boyer.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Funeral will follow on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 10:00 am in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Lehman Shirrell officiating. Internment will be at a later date.
