Sharon Long

Sharon Long, 76 of Sikeston, Missouri died Saturday, April 8, 2023 at the Day Break Nursing Center in Sikeston, Missouri. She was born November 22, 1946 to William Jeff and Goldie Mae Harris Bruce.

She worked as a CNA for several years.

She is survived by her only son, Michael Wayne Long of New Jersey and his children, Johnathan, Nathaniel and Katharyne; several nieces, Shelly Wells, Brandi Bruce, Ashley Bruce, Christy Miller; a nephew, Nick Bruce and several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Diane McCall and a brother, Orland Bruce.

Visitation will be from 10:15 am – 11:00 am on Saturday at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Funeral service will be at 11:00 am Saturday at the Chapel with Rev. Randy Conn officiating. Burial will be in Perkins Cemetery in Perkins.
