Ruby Mildred Eichhorn

Ruby Mildred Eichhorn, daughter of the late Edmund and Emelia (Myer) Haertling was born July 16, 1929 in Jackson, Missouri and departed this life in Monday, July 12, 2021 at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 91 years.

Mrs. Eichhorn worked at Thorngate LTD in Chaffee, Missouri for 39 years and retired in 1991. She was of the Lutheran Faith and attended St. Paul Lutheran Church and was a member of the Ladies Aid in Chaffee and also was a member of the VFW Auxiliary 3127, and she volunteered at the Chaffee Nutrition Center.

On December 31, 1947 she was united in marriage to Cyril Eichhorn. Mr. Eichhorn preceded her in death on November 21, 1991.

Mrs. Eichhorn is survived by two sons: Butch (Connie) Eichhorn of Cape Girardeau, Robert (Nelda) Eichhorn of Chaffee; four grandchildren: Jodie (Tommy) Berkbigler, Jill (Nick) Schweiss, Ian Eichhorn, Cameron Eichhorn, and five great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by: two sisters: Elsie Siebert, Shirley Gill; one baby brother

Visitation will be from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Friday, July 16, 2021 at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Chaffee, Missouri. Funeral will follow at 11:00 am in the church with Rev. Wayne Schwiesow officiating. Burial will follow in the Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee, Missouri.
