Roger Dale Knotts

Roger Dale Knotts, son to Ervin H. and Gean Abraham Knotts was born on July 4, 1952 in Gideon, Missouri and departed this life on May 7, 2020 in Oran, Missouri at the age of 67 years.

He was united in marriage to Rosa Griswell on November 3, 1972 and she survives.

Roger was a truck driving for Heartland Wood Products and retired after 24 years.

He is survived by his wife, Rosa, his mother, Gean Knotts of Chaffee, Missouri two sons, Michael Allen Knotts of Cape Girardeau and Troy (Jeannie) Knotts of Oran; a brother, Ricky (Dava) Knotts of Marble Hill, Missouri; a sister, Bonnie (Steve) Shelton of Chaffee; two granddaughters, Lillian and Ava.

Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by, two brothers and a sister.

Visitation will be on Friday from 5:00 until 9:00 pm at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran, Missouri. Funeral services will be on Saturday at 11:00 am at the Chapel with Rev. Ricky Knotts officiating. Burial will follow at the New Morley Cemetery in Morley, Missouri.
