Roberta Heffington, 74 of Scott City, Missouri died Thursday, September 19, 2024 at her home. She was born November 9, 1949 in Peoria, Illinois to Roy and Betty Thorne Allison. She married Alvin Eugene “Pee Wee” Heffington on March 8, 1969 in Hartford, Michigan and he preceded her in death on July 20, 2003.

She worked as a housekeeper for Ratliff Care Center for 20 years.

She is survived by two daughters, Sheila Reeves and Kimberlee Heffington of Scott City; two sisters, Debbie Wilburn and Evelyn Quick; seven grandchildren, Brandi Heffington, Soila Reyna, Salina Reyna, Breonna Jones, Patrick Reeves, Kari Reeves Schwausch and Coray Reeves and seven great grandchildren, Devin Reid, Darin Reid, Braelyn Reid, Jordyn Reid, Malyki Null, Joshua Kane Jones and Kayce Schwausch.

She is also preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, John, Roy and Don Allison and a sister, Linda Bradshaw.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm on Friday, September 27, 2024 at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 pm on Friday at the chapel with Rev. Randy Morse officiating.

Burial will be in New Morley Cemetery in Morley, Missouri.
