Robert Alan Barnhart

Robert Alan Barnhart, son of the late Floyd Barnhart and Betty Bertiaux Barnhart was born on April 23, 1946 in Streator, Illinois and departed this life on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at the Southeast Hospital Emergency Room at the age of 75 years.

Mr. Barnhart was a former pharmacist for Medicap Pharmacy in Chaffee, Missouri and attended the First United Methodist Church in Chaffee.  He was a Veteran of the United States Navy serving in the Vietnam War and a resident of Chaffee.

On August 19, 1973 he was united in marriage to Linda Klinghammer in Decatur, Illinois.  Mrs. Barnhart survives of the home in Chaffee.

Besides his wife, other survivors include one son, Scott Barnhart of Chaffee; one daughter, Tracy Schultz of Saint Charles, Missouri; one brother, Craig Barnhart of Arizona; two sisters, Chris Hanson of Illinois and Patty Clough of Texas; also, by three grandchildren, Seth Barnhart, Nolan Schultz, and Arden Schultz.

Memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
