Ray Eugene Wagoner

Ray E. Wagoner, son of the late Louis and Viola Wagoner was born May 12, 1929, in Malden, Missouri and departed this life on Friday June 24, 2022 at his residence in Chaffee, Missouri at the age of 93.

He works at Florsheim Shoe Company as a Forman for many years, and then retired from HWI which is now Do It Best.

He was first united in marriage to Berneda Menz on December 22, 1947. Mrs. Menz proceeded him in death on November 12, 1998. In April of 2013, he was united in marriage to Judith Ann Keller. She preceded him in death on February 20, 2022.

Mr. Wagoner is survived by one daughter: Gail (Dan) Ballard of Chaffee, Missouri; three grandchildren: Mark Ballard, Kathy (David) Roach, Peggy Klonowski; six great-grandchildren: Kodi (Abby) Ballard, Kaleb Ballard, Kevin (Dana) Curtis, Chris Curtis, Chris Renchen and Jaclyn Renchen and seven great-great grandchildren.

Apart from his parents, and wives, he was preceded in death by two sons: Larry and Clifford Wagoner.

On Tuesday, June 28, 2022 there will be a visitation from 10:00am until Noon at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Funeral will follow at noon in the funeral home chapel with Rev.  Gwen Streeter officiating. Burial will follow at the Williams Cemetery in Perkins, Missouri.
