Peggy Ann Clark

Peggy Clark, daughter of the late John Williams and Katie Ann (Biby) Estes was born on October 11, 1935 in Sikeston, Missouri and departed her life on February 9, 2024 at her residence in North Venice, Florida at the age of 88 years.

Mrs. Clark was a former employee until 1964 at the Oran Hat Factory and from 1976 until 1990 babysat numerous children in her home.  Peggy was a member of the Oran First Baptist Church and a former resident of Oran.

On July 18, 1959 she was united in marriage to William Howard Clark in Oran, Missouri.  Mr. Clark survives of the home in North Venice, Florida.

Besides her husband, survivors include two daughters, Vanessa (Eugene) McIntosh of North Venice, Florida and Valerie (Craig) Johnson of Manchester, Missouri; three grandchildren, Kelly (Jake) McIntosh-Dennstedt of Churchville, New York, Trevor (Amanda) McIntosh of Alva, Florida, and Max Johnson of Manchester, Missouri; also, by one great-grandchild, Olivia McIntosh of Alva, Florida.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024 from 10:00 until 11:30 am at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran.  Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, February 16, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the Oran First Baptist Church with Rev. Donny Ford officiating.  Interment will follow in the Forest Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery near Morley, Missouri.
