Patricia Spangler

Patricia Spangler, daughter of the late John Gooch and Estella (Tubbs) Gooch was born on January 19, 1961 in Ellsinore, Missouri and departed her life on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 in the Stone Bridge Nursing Home in Marble Hill, Missouri at the age of 62 years.

She was a homemaker and a resident of Chaffee, Missouri.

Survivors include three daughters, Kimberly Diane Headrick and fiancé Eric Medley of Chaffee; Terena Ronnet Hicks of Chaffee; and Glenna Nicole Wallin of Marble Hill; by one son, Kenneth Marshall Wallin of Whitewater; longtime companion for over 35 years, Hugh Kenneth Wallin of Whitewater; four brothers, John Alvin Gooch, Ricky Dean Gooch, Mark Anthony (Ann Marie) Gooch, and Dale Wayne Gooch all of Whitewater, Missouri; by twelve grandchildren, Brandt Headrick, Dalton Headrick, Hailee Headrick, Brett Medley, Adrianna Medley, Devon Medley, Ciara Medley, Gracie Hicks, Brayden Anglin, Alyssa Anglin, Lyla Anglin, and Trishelle Mayfield; also by three great-grandchildren,  Karson Medley, Sawyer Headrick, and Aubreyella Faye.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Hugh Kenneth Wallin II; one brother; and by two sisters.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2023 from 9:00 until 10:00 A.M. in the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.  Funeral services will then be conducted at 10:00 A.M. in the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.  Graveside service will by conducted at 1:00 P.M. in the Whites Mill Cemetery 1274 Carter Rte., Ellsinore, Missouri 63937.
