Pamela Burks

Pamela C. Burks, daughter of the late Robert C. Jackson and Alma Sue Crowden Jackson was born on July 9, 1956 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and departed this life on Monday, December 13, 2021 at the Chaffee Nursing Center in Chaffee at the age of 65 years.

Mrs. Burks was of the Baptist faith and former owner/operator of Big E’s Bar and Grill in Chaffee.

On August 2, 1998 she was united in marriage to Robert Earl Burks in Benton, Missouri.  Mr. Burks survives of the home in Chaffee.

Besides her husband, survivors include two sons, Korey Greenwood of Noble, Illinois and Mason Reid of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; one brother, Jeff Van-Blaracun of Honolulu, Hawaii; four sisters, Pattie Friga, Rene Wilhite, and Stefanie Uhrhan all of Chaffe; and Paulette Guidry of El Reno, Oklahoma; also, by six grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Jackson.
