Norma Jean Moore

Norma Moore, daughter of the late Jesse James Reeves and Dovie Sue Worley was born on September 23, 1936 in Parma, Missouri and departed her life on February 8, 2022 at her residence in Bernie, Missouri at the age of 85 years.

She was united in marriage to Wendell Lee Moore on July 3, 1954 in Dexter, Missouri. Mr. Moore preceded her in death.

Survivors include two daughters, Debra (Robert) Kiser and Lisa Moore (Patrick Brown) all of Bernie, Missouri; by two sons, Wendell “Peewee” (Donna) Moore of DeWitt, Arkansas and Stephen (Terri) Moore of Bernie, Missouri; by four grandsons, Matthew Westcott, Derik Moore, Trevor Moore, and Cody Moore; three granddaughters, Michelle Harvey, Jessica Hughes, and Kayce Hughes; six great-grandchildren, Harleigh Henderson, Marshall Henderson, Dalton Westcott, Blake Westcott, Nathan Harvey, and Cullen Westcott; also by one great-great-grandson Abel Westcott; by two sisters, Donna (Dennis) Underwood and Janis (Sonny) Parker; and by one brother, Gary (Margaret) Reeves.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by five brothers, William “Bill” Reeves, Wilburn “Webb” Reeves, George “Raymond” Reeves, Shelby “Tom” Reeves, and Denny Ray Reeves; four sisters, Pansy Miller, Shirley Miller, Linda Reeves, and Yvonne Wineman; also, by one granddaughter, Allison and great-granddaughter, Maylinn.

Memorial service will be held at a later date. Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapels assisting in arrangements.
