Mary Louise Coonts

Mary Louise Coonts, daughter of the late Barney Weaver and Pansy Weaver was born on January 26, 1962 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and departed her life on Monday, February 12, 2024 at her home in Scott City at the age of 62 years.

She was the former Assistant Store Manger for Bob’s Food Liner in Scott City and enjoyed spending time with family.

She was united in marriage to Danny Ray Coonts on April 23, 1983 in Scott City, Missouri.  Mr. Coonts survives of the home in Scott City.

Besides her husband, survivors include two sons, Daniel (Misty) Coonts and Michael (Beth) Coonts all of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; by one daughter, Samantha (Chris) Turpin of Marble Hill, Missouri and by ten grandchildren; also, by several relatives and friends.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one son Janssen Coonts in 2007.

Celebration of life service will be conducted on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the Kobalt Cheer, 344 South Union Street, Jackson, Missouri.  Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapels assisting with arrangements.
