Marvin Burton, Jr.

Marvin Burton, Jr., son of the late Marvin Burton Sr. and Dorothy Bell Schemonia was born on November 11, 1970 in Chaffee, Missouri and departed this life on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 50 years.

Marvin was a siding installer for St. Louis MRO Builder Bloc and a resident of McClure, Illinois.

Survivors include one son, Mason Burton of Chaffee; a stepson, Austin Knight and stepdaughter, Abby Cowell; two sisters, Marshia (Bill) Eaton of Arnold, Missouri and Sherry (Richard) Waclawski of Bonsall, California; also, by niece and nephews, Derreck Waclawski, Cole Waclawski, Hannah Waclawski, Kyle Eaton, and Jordon Eaton.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021 from Noon until 2:00 P.M. at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Funeral services will then be conducted on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. in the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee with Rev. Randy Conn officiating.  Interment will follow at the Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.

Family has requested that in lieu of flowers please make donations to his son Mason Burtons college fund.
