Lula Belle Rogers, 85 of Scott City, Missouri died June 13, 2022 at her home.   She was born June 14, 1936 in Portageville, Missouri to William Oliver and Dona Lee Mitchum O’Guin.  She married Dale Rogers on November 10, 1954 and he preceded her in death on March 2, 2007.

She was a seamstress for Tri Con and Thorngate factories.  She was a member of Father’s Arms Fellowship Church in Scott City.

She is survived by two sons, Gary (Phuong) Rogers of Jacksonville, Florida and Rondall Rogers of Marble Hill; two daughters, Tracy Jackson of Scott City and Melissa Rogers of Benton; a brother, Alfred O’Guin of Arkansas; three sisters, Sue Kelch of Denver, Colorado, Brenda McElroy of Diehlstadt and Janice Brewer of Benton and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, two sons, four brothers and two sisters.

Visitation will be from 10:00 – 11:00 am at Father’s Arms Church in Scott City.

Memorial service will be at 11:00 am on Friday at the Church with Rev. Kenny Strong officiating.
