Lucille Kieffer

Lucille Kieffer, 95 of Kelso, Missouri died Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at the Life Care Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.  She was born October 6, 1925 in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri to August and LaVerne Jokerst Uding.  She married Andrew Frank Kieffer on July 15, 1944.  He preceded her in death on November 19, 2006.

She is survived by two sons, David (Cathy) Kieffer and Kevin (Linda) Kiefer of Kelso; a daughter, Carolynne Kieffer, PHD of St. Louis, Missouri; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, a son and two daughters.

She enjoyed playing the piano and singing duet for services in the Ste. Genevieve Catholic Church.

Lucille was a 4-H foods leader for many years.  She was an excellent cook.  She loved animals and music. She was a member of St. Anne's Sodality.

Visitation will be from 8:30 am until the time of service on Saturday at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso.

Funeral mass will be at 10:00 am on Saturday at the church with Rev. Michael Casteel at celebrant.

Burial will be in St. Augustine Catholic Cemetery in Kelso.
