Lora C. Felty

Lora C. Felty, daughter to the late George and Elizabeth Seay Seemann was born on February 1, 1951 in Houston, Texas and departed this life on October 7, 2021 at her home in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 70 years.

She was a former surgical tech at Southeast Hospital.

She is survived by two sisters, JoAnn Phillips of Belleville, Illinois; Linda Peacher of Jasper, Texas and several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Seemann.

A Celebration of Life will be held on October 24th form 1:00 - 5:00 pm at The Fraternal Order of Eagles, 321 N. Spring St. Cape Girardeau, MO 63701.
