Lola Fae  Thomason

Lola Thomason, daughter of the late William Miller and Alma Liley Miller was born on October 16, 1936 in Bessville, Missouri and departed her life on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at her residence in Chaffee, Missouri at the age of 85.

Mrs. Thomason was of the Baptist faith and formally worked at Classic Tan and Fitness Center in Chaffee.  Lola’s nickname at the Tanning and Fitness Center was “THE WARDEN”.

On March 13, 1956 she was united in marriage to Jerry Dale Thomason in Mississippi. Mr. Thomason preceded her in death on February 22, 2012.

Survivors include one son, Jeff (Kathy) Thomason of Chaffee; two daughters, Carla (Tim) Daniels of Raleigh, North Carolina and Anita Thomason of Chaffee, Missouri; one brother, Carl Miller of Marble Hill, Missouri; two sisters, Margie Lee and Mandy Stone both of Chaffee; also, by twelve grandchildren and thirty great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Jerry Dale Thomason Jr., one brother, Bob Miller; two sisters, Alta Eaker and Zola Kirkpatrick.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 22, 2021 from 4:00 until 7:00 P.M. at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.  Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. in the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee with Rev. Bob Lewis officiating.  Interment will follow in the Baker Cemetery at Marble Hill, Missouri.
