Lois Imogene Anderson, daughter of the late James Wesley Stanfield and Mabel Longacre Stanfield was born on September 3, 1932 in Steel, Missouri and departed this life on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at the Chaffee Nursing Center in Chaffee, Missouri at the age of 87 years.
Mrs. Anderson was a former Sewing Machine Operator at the International Hat Factory in Oran, Missouri and Columbia Sportswear in Chaffee. She was a member of the Hooe Baptist Church and a former resident of Oran.
On November 20, 1946 she was united in marriage to Rusty Anderson. Mr. Anderson preceded her in death on June 23, 1997.\
Survivors include two sons, Tom Anderson (Donna) of Scott City, Mark Anderson (Karen) of Oran; one daughter, Charlotte Eftink (James) of Bloomsdale, Missouri; by three brothers Charles Stanfield of Canal Winchester, Ohio, Bill Stanfield and J.W. Stanfield both of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; by one sister, Janet Pry of Dexter, Missouri; also by eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two grandson, Matthew Eftink and Keith Anderson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2020 from 11:00 until 1:00 at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran. Funeral service will then be conducted on Saturday at 1:00 P.M. in Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran with Rev. Donnie Ford officiating. Interment will follow in the Forest Hills Memorial Gardens near Morley.
