Kimberly Birkman, daughter of Kenneth Birkman of Advance, Missouri and Evelyn Hendershott Birkman of Cape Girardeau, Missouri was born on February 23, 1972 in Cape Girardeau, and departed this life on Friday, June 5, 2020 at the Phelps Health Medical Center in Rolla, Missouri after a 2 year battle with colon cancer at the age of 48.

Kim was a medical billing specialist with Midwest Health Care Inc. in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Survivors include her father, Kenneth Birkman of Advance; mother, Evelyn Birkman of Cape Girardeau; one brother, Michael Birkman of Advance; one sister and brother-in-law, Sarah Baggett (Tanner) of Rolla, Missouri; also, by her two special nephews, Isaac and Ian Baggett.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 8, 2020 from 4:00 until 7:00 P.M. at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Chaffee. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. a the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee with Rev. Dan Baggett and Rev. Danny Freeland officiating. Interment will follow in the Dan Eaker cemetery.

Family requests that all memorials be made to Dan Eaker Cemetery Fund. Donation cards will be provided at the funeral home.
