Kenneth Michael Spies, 74 of Scott City, Missouri died Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.  He was born November 30, 1946 in Scott City, Missouri to Charles James and Delia Ann Young Spies.

He was a self-employed heating & air conditioning repairman and was a member of River City Rodders.

He is survived by a son, Chris (Jennifer) Spies of Scott City; a brother, Richard (Leeta) Spies of Kansas City, Kansas; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, David Spies and two brothers.

Visitation will be from Noon until the time of service on Thursday at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Thursday at the chapel with Rev. Frank Burguss officiating.

Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
