Katie Marie Parkhurst

Katie Marie "Bug"  Parkhurst, 21 of Cape Girardeau passed away Sunday, December 30, 2018 at Benton. She was born February 11, 1997 at Reno, Nevada the daughter of Gregory and Carol E. Piirainen Parkhurst.

She is survived by 2 brothers; Will “Bumper” Rhodes of Fruitland and Gregory Parkhurst, Jr. of Midland, TX 3 sisters; Dwana “Babygirl” (James) Lyerla of Cape Girardeau, Stephanie Bryan of Little Rock, Ark., a nd Jessica Parkhurst of Midland Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A Memorial Visitation will be held Sunday, January 6, 2019 from 12 until the time of the memorial service at Unity Baptist Church in Benton. A Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 P.M.with Rev. Dennis Lowe officiating.
