Julia Ann Woods, daughter of the late Wright Shelton and Maggie

(St. Cin) Shelton was born on September 13, 1951 and departed her life on Friday, May 12, 2023 at her residence in Chaffee at the age of 71 years.

She was a former Accountant for H & R Block and of the Pentecostal Faith.

On December 31, 1971 she was united in marriage to William Marshall Woods in Chaffee, Missouri. Mr. Woods preceded her in death on January 2, 2013.

Survivors include one son, Billy Mac Woods of Chaffee; one daughter Dawn Marie Ward of Scott City; one brother, Donnie Shelton of St. Peters, Missouri; by two sisters, Bonnie Schott of Scott City and Judith Kalafut of Oran, Missouri; by two grandchildren, Megan Crow of Scott City and William Christopher Diggs of Cape Girardeau; also, by the great-grandchildren, Michaela Duncan and Cambree Crow.

Memorial service will be conducted on Wednesday May 17, 2023 at 1:00 P. M. at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
