Jose Alberto Cruz, son of Aristeo Villalvazo and Claudia Aguirre was born on July 18, 1991 in Brawley, California and departed his life on Friday, July 9, 2021 in Kansas City, Missouri at the age of 29.

Jose was a former Turck Driver, formally attended Scott City High, and resident of Scott City.

Besides his father Aristeo Villalvazo of California and his mother, Claudia Aguirre of Scott City, Missouri other survivors include two sons, Jonathan Cruz and Nicholas Cruz both of Scott City; two daughters, Aliyha Cruz and Amiyha Cruz both of Scott City; two brothers, Eddie Cruz of Cape Girardeau and Jesus Aguirre of Scott City; also by one sister, Angela Villalvazo of Kansas City, Missouri and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 15, 2021 from 2:00 until 5:00 at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.
