John White

John Lindel White, son of the late Lindel Edwin White and Marjorie Ellen (Roush) White was born on January 17, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan and departed his life on Sunday, August 25, 2024 at his residence in Scott City, Missouri at the age of 74 years.

He was a former employee of the Millwright Carpenters Union #1102, member of the Supreme Council 32-degree Mason in Detroit, Michigan, and member of the Sons of the American Legion Post #0144 in Sikeston, Missouri.

Survivors include two daughters, Sonia Lynn (Joseph) Staniszewski of Fort Worth, Texas and Kala Lane Fields of Excelsior Springs, Missouri; two grandchildren, Kali Jo Fields and Tony Ray McGee III; also, by other relatives and friends.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Cynthia Hall and Sonia Price.

Celebration of life will be held at at later date.
