John Alvin Friedrich

Alvin Friedrich, son of the late Fritz Friedrich and Marzena Johnson Friedrich was born on January 2, 1937 in Stoddard County, Missouri and departed his life on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at the Southeast Health Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 85 years.

Mr. Friedrich was a graduated from Bell City High School, a former Dental Technician, and employee of Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.  Alvin was a hard worker his entire life and a family man that loved spending time with family and friends.

On January 9, 1960 he was united in marriage to Sharon Irwin in Perkins, Missouri.  Mrs. Friedrich survives of the home in Perkins.

Besides his wife, survivors include two sons, Scott (Beth) Friedrich of Perkins and Shawn (Becky) Friedrich of Jackson; one daughter, Kimberly (Darrell) Martin of Rolla, Missouri; six grandchildren, Shane Martin, Will (Claudia) Friedrich, Kyle Friedrich, Brent (Crystal) Friedrich, Kasie (Zach Ray) Friedrich, and Jonathan Friedrich; also, by four great grandchildren, Dakota Godwin, Justin Friedrich, Ryker Friedrich, and Emmett Ray.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022 from 11:00 until 1:00 at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.  Memorial service will then be conducted at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday with Rev. Ed Moncada officiating.
