Joe Welker

Joseph Franklin Welker, 57 of Scott City died Tuesday, June 06, 2023 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO.  He was born to Karen Laverne Welker on December 11, 1965.  He married Rebecca Brannon on November 1, 2020.

He worked for UPS.  Joe was a lifelong floater, Jeep enthusiast and outdoorsman.

He is survived by his wife, Becky Welker, two sons, Josh (Amanda) Jones of Scott City and Christian Jacoby Welker of Jackson; two daughters, Madalyn Tilley of Jackson and Sierra Tilley of Chaffee; a brother, Jacob David Welker of Florida; a sister, Roberta Feeney of Jackson and five grandchildren, Eli, Cooper, Bronson, Levi and Ryleigh.

Visitation will be from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm on Friday at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

Memorial service will be at 7:00 pm on Friday at the chapel.
