Jerry Gott

Jerry Wayne Gott Sr., son of Lois Scialaba of Scott City, Missouri and the late Robert Gott was born on March 7, 1944 in Corning, Arkansas and departed this life on December 18, 2021 at his residence in Scott City, Missouri at the age of 77 years. Mr. Gott was a retired Veteran of the United States Navy and attended the Assembly of God Church in Scott City. On August 23, 1967 he was united in marriage to Margaret Alice Finley in Charleston, South Carolina. Mrs. Gott survives of the home in Scott City. Besides his wife and mother, survivors include two sons, Jerry Wayne Gott, Jr. of Cocoa, Florida and David Allen Gott of Virginia Beach, Virginia; also by three grandchildren, Joseph Gott and Jennifer Gott both of Cocoa, Florida, and Katie Gott of Maine. Memorial service will be held from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm on March 5, 2022 at the Assembly of God Gym in Scott City with full military honors.
