Herman Andrew Uelsmann

Herman Andrew Uelsmann, 71 of Cape Girardeau, formally of Oran passed away Friday, March 29, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on July 20, 1947 in Illmo, Missouri to the late Arthur and Cyrilla Klipfel Uelsmann. He married Brenda Diane St. Cin on June 19, 1998 and she survives of the home.

Herman was a retired accountant for Spartech Plastics in Cape Girardeau. He was also a retired Realtor with Century 21 Ashland Realty in Cape Girardeau. He was of the Catholic Faith. Herman served US Army and was a Vietnam Veteran.

He is also survived by two sons, Scott (Alison) Uelsmann of St. Louis, Missouri; Keith (Summer) Uelsmann of Jackson; a stepson, Keith Dillard of Cape Girardeau; two step-daughters, Karla (Ed) Houseman of Millersville; Kimberly Goodson of Jackson; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

He was also preceded in death by a sister, Catherine Uelsmann

Friends may call after 4:00 pm on Sunday, March 31, 2019 at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran. Parish prayers will be at 4:00 pm.

Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am at Guardian Angel Catholic Church on Monday with Rev. Randy Tochtrop as celebrant. Burial will be at Guardian Angel Cemetery in Oran.
