Harley Boze

Harley Lee Boze, 87, of Scott City passed away at Fountainbleau Lodge in Cape Girardeau Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2020. He was born Oct. 24, 1932, in Dover, Arkansas, the son of Alvie Lee and Bessie Inez Cowel Boze. He married Anna Marie McMillan on July 2, 1951, at Clarksville, Arkansas.

He was a maintenance worker for the Missouri state highway department for 36 years.

He is survived by his wife, Anna Boze of Scott City; two daughters, Linda Kay Cochran of Scott City and Connie Nelson of Overton, Nebraska; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jeremy Sells officiating.

Burial will follow in New Morley Cemetery in Morley, Missouri.
