Glenda Lee Culbertson

Glenda Culbertson, daughter of the late Herman Jones and Drewcil (Dalton) Jones was born on September 13, 1937 in Whitewater, Missouri and departed her life on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Monticello House in Jackson, Missouri at the age of 87 years.

She was a former Certified Nursing Assistant at Chaffee Nursing Center for several years, affiliated with the Scott City Assembly of God and Lake Girardeau Assembly of God Church.

On April 4, 1955 she was united in marriage to Aaron David Culbertson. He preceded her in death on December 2, 2016.

Survivors include one daughter, Barbara K. Claunch of Jackson; three sons, Michael (Brenda) Clubertson of Oklahoma, Aaron (Kim) Culbertson of St. Louis, Missouri, and Larry Culbertson of Crump, Missouri; four brothers, Donald (Lucy) Jones of Florida, Gary (Carmon) Jones of Oklahoma, Richard (Emily) Jones of St. Louis, and Mitchael (Susan) Jones of Maryland; two sisters, Amanda (Roy) Bearden of Colorado and JoAnn Jones of St. Louis; seven grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.

Glenda will be welcomed into heaven by her grandson, Justin along with many other family and friends she loves. She will now have no more pain, and she will never shed another tear. We will see you again someday. We all love you.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 from 11:00 until 1:00 PM at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Funeral services will then be conducted at 1:00 PM with Rev. Kurt Biler officiating. Interment will follow in the Stroderville Cemetery.
