Garry Nation

Garry Lee Nation, 64 of Scott City died Tuesday, September 03, 2019 at his home. He was born May 10, 1955 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri to Paul Louis and Margaret “Alveda” Spriggs Nation. He married Sheila Marie Kjer on September 15, 1979 in Scott City.

He was an iron worker for Morrill Construction.

He is survived by his wife, Sheila; his father, Paul Nation of Scott City; a son, Larry Nation of Scott City and two sisters, Teresa (Robert) Eachus of Patton, Missouri and Dorothy (Mark) Newell of Scott City.

He was preceded in death by his mother and an infant brother.

There will be no services.

Memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
