Ervin Belcher

Ervin Belcher, son of the late Leroy Belcher and Della England Toliver was born on November 18, 1936 in New Sulphur Springs, West Virginia and departed his life on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at his home in Morley, Missouri at the age of 88 years.

Mr. Belcher was the owner and operator of Creative Properties LLC and was a carpenter his entire life.  He was a life long member of the Morley Baptist Church and a devout Christian who loved the Lord. He was a Veteran of the United States Army.

On May 23, 1991 he was united in marriage to Margaret (Peggy) Askim in Aurora, Illinois.  Mrs. Belcher survivors of the home in Morley.

Besides his wife, survivors include two sons, Jonathan Belcher and Kevin Belcher both of Kennett, Missouri; one daughter, Dennell Skala of Morley; one sister, Loretta Davis of Dumas, Mississippi; eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Jewel Martin.
