Enid Alice Schearf

Enid Alice Schearf, daughter of the late Chester Wesley Campbell and Norma Ethel (Robins) Schearf was born on June 26, 1931 and departed her life on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at her residence in Sikeston, Missouri at the age of 93 years.

She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Delta, Missouri. Mrs. Schearf was very active in the church serving as a youth Sunday School Teacher for serval years.

On February 26, 1949 she was united in marriage to Phillip “Gene” Schearf in Chaffee, Missouri.  Mr. Schearf preceded her in death on January 23, 2020.

Survivors include one brother, Wesley Campbell of Cape Girardeau; one sister, Judy Schearf of Cape Girardeau; son-in-law, Mitchell Jackson of Sikeston; daughter-in-law, Blinda Schearf of Cape Girardeau; six grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and many great-great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Garry Schearf, two daughters, Cindy Lynne Jackson and Susan Kay Criddle; two brothers, Merle Campbell and Lynuel Campbell; one sister, Betty Lincecum; and by one grandson, Christopher Schearf.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 from 11:00 until 1:00 at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Funeral services will then be conducted at 1:00 P.M. in the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee with Rev. Mitchell Jackosn officiating.  Interment will follow in the Morley Cemetery in Morley, Missouri.
