Elizabeth Huffman Purdy

Elizabeth Anne Purdy, daughter of Jeffery Bunch and the late Karen Hunter Bunch was born on June 17, 1986 in Sikeston, Missouri and departed her life suddenly on December 16, 2021 at the St. Francis Hospital Emergency Room in Cape Girardeau at the age of 35 years.

Elizabeth was an employee at Tri State Water Power & Air in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and a resident of Benton.

On September 12, 2021 she was united in marriage to Zachary Purdy in Benton, Missouri.  Zachary survives of the home in Benton.

Besides her husband, survivors include one son, Nathaniel Huffman of Benton, three daughters, Rylee Bunch, Emmalee Huffman, and Charleigh Purdy all of Benton; by one brother, Jeffery Bunch Jr. of Scott County and one sister Ashley Hunter of Sikeston.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Benton.  Funeral services will be private family service at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Benton.  Interment will follow in the New Madrid Cemetery.
