Elizabeth "Marcie" Freed

Marcie Snow Freed, daughter of the late Webb Snow and Farrie Schuerenberg Snow was born on January 18, 1959 in New Madrid, Missouri and departed this life on Monday, April 19, 2021 at Heartland Care and Rehab in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 62.

Marcie was a former employee at Brown Shoe Company for 29 years and a member of the Morley Baptist Church. Mrs. Freed was a 1977 graduate of New Madrid High School and a resident of Morley, Missouri.

On June 11, 1988 she was united in marriage to David Allen Freed in Morley, Missouri. Mr. Freed survives of the home in Morley.

Besides her husband, survivors include one son, Benjamin Freed of Morley and by one daughter, Kelsey Freed of Morley; two sisters, Cathy Smith of Stapleton, Georgia and Carol Graham of Catron, Missouri; also, by other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M.at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. in the Morley Baptist Church with Rev. David Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in the New Morley Cemetery.
